The Bathroom Shop is merging into Plumbline

We understand you may have questions about the upcoming changes to The Kitchen Hub. We’ve answered the most common ones below. 

 What is happening to The Bathroom Shop? 

The Bathroom Shop business is merging with  Plumbline as part of a planned integration of the two businesses. As part of this process, the Bathroom Shop operations are being progressively transitioned across to Plumbline. 

 When will The Bathroom Shop close? 

The Bathroom Shop showroom will close on 31 March 2026. 

Can I still place orders? 

Yes. Orders can continue to be placed and will be fulfilled as normal during and after the transition period. 

 What happens to my existing order? 

All existing orders will continue to be processed and fulfilled. If you have any questions about an order you’ve already placed, our team can assist during the transition. 

 Will The Bathroom Shop website remain open? 

The Kitchen Hub and The Bathroom Shop websites will remain available for a limited period while products, customer information and services are transitioned across to  Plumbline. 

Who will be fulfilling orders and providing support? 

From 31 March 2026, Plumbline will take responsibility for ongoing supply, order fulfilment and customer service as the transition progresses.
